First time but definitely not the last. We both had the lentil soup to start followed by the Lamb Combo that included meat in a mildly (can be mild, medium or hot) spicy sauce. There was also a very fresh salad, brown rice and a rice pudding all served on an attractive platter. Love the soft flute music a the clean and pleasant interior. Service was excellent. Price was well worth it.

We were looking forward to trying this new restaurant in Florence Oregon. After and awsome day sandboarding at Sand Master Park, we finally were able to get the time to try it out and we enjoyed the food and location with an old friend, a famous champion sandboarder. We will eat here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently dined at Hamalian Food, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience! The restaurant is very nice and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We tried both the lamb and chicken combos. While the lamb quality could use some improvement, the chicken was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The standout dish for us was the samosas; they were incredibly tasty and a definite highlight of the meal! However, I found the garlic naan to be a bit too soft for my liking, which detracted from the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend Hamalian Food for its ambiance and delicious dishes. I look forward to returning and trying more items from the menu!

I hope the locals start to embrace this restaurant. They need to get the word out. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. And service was very efficient and timely.

Great place to eat authentic food. Good variety of alcohol. Lentil soup excellent. Combo meals include main dish, soup, salad, rice, and rice pudding dessert. Tandoori grill with large portions of your choice of meat, sizzling with veggies and side of rice. Well seasoned and great portions. Fast and friendly service. Found cute little handmade ornaments for the grandkids in the gift market in the back.

I love this place. I sub for lamb saag with the combo meal and it's amazing. Don't be put off by the descriptions on the menu, they are delicious stewed or marinated meats and cheeses. Thanks for coming to Florence! Oh, and if you want spices get a side of the hot sauce and use sparingly.

Fantastic Indian food place found in Florence, you may have visited it's sister location in Coos Bay, this location is run by the husband and the other one by the wife. The interior dining area and bar are well appointed, Indian music plays softly in the background. We tried the Chicken Tiki Masala, the Garlic Butter Naan, and the rice pudding. Bottled beer is a little expensive at $7.00 each, but the food was all reasonably priced and tasted outstanding. This location has inside and outside seating as well as bar seating, the bar has many options for wine and spirits. If your looking for great Indian food look no further.
